2. Our ACLU petition has really taken off, and it is still available for your signature and support. People all over the country are excited about stopping taxpayer funding of activist lawyers’ efforts to remove all evidence of personal religious beliefs from public view. Now is the time to add your signature.

4. Contact your local radio hosts and suggest that they interview with a CourtZero spokesperson . If you do so, or if you are a member of the media and wish to schedule an interview, send e-mail to courtzero@courtzero.org. If you run a weblog and write about judicial activism, please link to us.
5. Become a reporter. CourtZero.org is ready to expand to include timely news about what the courts are doing not only in the federal courts, but in each of the states. Judging from our e-mail, there is a large demand for up-to-date reporting on state judges and state court decisions. CourtZero firmly believes that there is great reason for hope in the fight against judicial activism. If there is one thing that Americans of all persuasions and beliefs hold dear, it is self-government. The more that judges issue decisions that go around the will of the people, and the laws passed by our elected representatives, the less free we are. What was once considered “the least dangerous branch of government” has become the most dangerous. That is a message that can resonate.

CourtZero has bold plans for the future. You can click here, for instance, to hear the first draft of a commercial for radio play, parodying the ACLU’s “It’s American” commercial. We will clean the audio up to make it broadcast quality as soon as we can buy advertising time. The first CourtZero book (entitled CourtZero) is finished and available at the online store. Research is now ongoing for the second book. Other commercials and projects are in planning stages.
